Hey guys...

I made a movie. It's called Hammy-Let: The Musical. It's for the Geology Club. It's a musical, based on the Shakespeare play Hamlet. Starring students and professors at Hofstra.

Frankly, I think it's the best movie I've done so far. That doesn't mean it's good - it's an unprofessional film - but we do have professional music - 9 songs in total, three of them by the brilliant James Geasor - and good fun.

Surgery on wrist at 1:45 tomorrow. Cell phone is damaged; I can feasibly accept calls up until at least 11:45, but there's no guarantee that the call won't get immediately cut off.

I can recieve texts, but replying to them is unlikely, beyond a one word answer. If I don't respond, don't be offended.

That said, words of encouragement are always accepted!

Fall asleep before 4 am. That way I would have 8 hours of sleep when I woke up at 12. Drove to Hofstra to print out some stuff. Drove to Smithtown to meet with some people. Drove to Bay Shore for some physical therapy. Drove back to Smithtown for some friendage. Drove to Long Beach to show my friend a movie. Drove to Westbury to meet up with another friend to see

11:59 CLOVERFIELD!!!

then, after 90 fantastic minutes, a drive back to Smithtown; then, a drive back to Long Beach.

It's 5:53, I'm still awake... but the rough cut of the trailer for Hold the Mayo is almost finished :-D.

Wow. That's disappointing. I didn't see too many movies, but:

I loved three movies (Juno, Grindhouse, Superbad); I really liked four movies (Hostel Part II, The Simpson's Movie, Spiderman 3, Hot Fuzz), and was either content/apathetic towards (AVP:R, Hairspray, The Bourne Supremacy, Live Free or Die Hard, POTC 3), disapointed with (Halloween, 28 Weeks Later, Knocked Up) perplexed by (Walk Hard), or hated (300, 30 Days of Night) everything else.

Yay DVD?

Due to some electric work, the building was planned to bepowered down and evacuated from 7:00am to 3:00pm today. I got a few hours of sleep, and had a DAY AT THE MOVIES!!!

9:40 - Juno - best movie of the year.

12:20 - Walk Hard - terrible comedy, excellent satire

2:40 - Alien V Predator: Requiem - fun enough diversion.

I have never done that. I'm happy to have done that! hehehe
